Stuffed zucchini with yogurt




  1. Mix the minced meat with the drained rice in a dish.

  4. Boil the zucchini in boiling water for 5 minutes until soft, then drain and set aside.
  5. In a saucepan, mix the yoghurt with the starch and salt and put the saucepan over a medium to low heat with constant stirring until the milk begins to boil and thickens.
  6. Add the zucchini and leave the milk and zucchini to boil for 10 minutes.
  7. Add garlic and mint and leave for two minutes on the fire, then remove the pot from the heat and serve the zucchini with milk hot.

How to make the sauce

  1. Put tomato paste in a large saucepan.

  2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Let it boil over the fire.

How to make stuffed zucchini

  1. Wash the rice, and soak it for a quarter of an hour.

  2. Dig up the zucchini and empty it of its contents.

  3. Mix the rice, chopped onions, salt, spices, turmeric and minced meat.

  4. Stuff the zucchini with the mixture prepared in the previous step.

  5. Put the zucchini in the sauce.

  6. Let it cook over medium heat for 40 minutes or until the zucchini are tender.

  7. Put the olive oil in a small frying pan, add the garlic until golden and then add the mint.

  8. Add garlic and mint to the zucchini and stir gently.
