The seven spices mixture is one of the most famous Arabic spice mixtures, and it differs from one country to another with slight differences by adding some spices and replacing them with others.
However, it seems that syphilis or Chinese kebab is an important part of this mixture, especially in Egypt and the Levant, where it is used more than the rest of the ingredients.
Most of the components of it used in various Arab countries were the basic spices used in the ancient Arabian cuisine, which dates back to the Abbasid era and before.
These spices are black pepper, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, and ginger, in addition to saffron.
From these spices, we can prepare many different recipes, and one of these recipes is Bukhari rice.
