  1. Put the pot on the fire and put a little vegetable oil, let it heat up,

  2. Add the onions and garlic, and stir the ingredients over medium heat until the onions wilt,

  3. Put the chicken pieces over the onions,

  4. Cover the pot and leave the chicken until cooked with stirring occasionally.

  5. Put the chicken in a tray and roast it in the oven.

  6. Drain the rice from the water and put it in the same pot and put the right amount of water, different spices, and salt on it

  7. Cover the pot and leave the rice on a high heat, then reduce it after it boils, and leave it until the water dries up and the rice is cooked.

  8. Put vegetable oil in a deep saucepan and heat it and fry the vegetables until they are well browned and cooked, then drain them from the oil.

  9. Add the fried vegetables to the cooked rice and mix it well.

  10. Put the rice with vegetables in a serving dish, put the fried chicken pieces on top of the rice and serve it with salad and yogurt.
