  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces, then put them in water with a spoonful of vinegar and salt on medium heat until they are completely cooked.

  2. Drain the potatoes from the water well and mash them by hand until smooth.

  3. In a frying pan on the fire, put the chopped onion, two tablespoons of oil and salt, in addition to the minced meat that is seasoned with salt and black pepper, and stir it until the meat is completely cooked, add the chopped parsley and put the meat aside until it cools.

  4. Mix half a cup of the rusk with the potatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and stir until combined.

  5. Spread small pieces of potato on the palm of the hand, add a spoonful of minced meat in the middle, and then form into discs.

  6. Roll in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil, turning them gently so they don't crack.

  7. Serve it hot or cold
