  1. Mix the dry ingredients
    Mix the dry ingredients of flour, salt and baking soda together in a large bowl.

  3. Add flour and milk

  4. Baking the cake
    Pour the mixture into a greased tray, then put it in the oven and bake at 180° for 35 minutes until the cake is done.

  1. Put the sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat with lemon juice, stir well and leave it until it boils a little and the sugar dissolves.
  2. Decorate the cake with the syrup
    Remove the cake from the oven and leave it in the mold for ten minutes until it cools, then using a knife, the tip of the cake is removed from the edges of the mold and some holes are made in the face of the cake to absorb the diameter, then pour it quietly and leave for fifteen minutes until the cake is absorbed.
  3. Serving lemon cake without eggs
    Cut the cake and serve it cold or warm as you wish.
