Meat Kebab
  • 1 kilogram lamb meat
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley.
  • 2 teaspoons salt.
  • 1 Small onion for grilling.
  • 1/4 can olive oil.
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper.
  • 1/2 cup fried pine nuts.
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices.
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic.
  • 1 eggplant, cut into squares.
  • 2 lemon juice.
  • 1 pinch cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar.
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes.
  • 2 colored bell peppers, cut into cubes.
  • 2 teaspoons sumac.
  1. Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes.

  2. Put the meat cubes in a wide and deep bowl.

  3. Add salt and black pepper and stir well.

  4. Add cumin and spices and stir.

  5. Add olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and garlic and continue stirring.

  6. Add the parsley and pine nuts, and stir a little.

  7. Cover the bowl and leave the meat aside for half an hour so that the flavor can absorb.

  8. Dip wooden grill sticks in hot water for a short time so that they do not burn while grilling.

  9. Put a piece of meat on the grill stick, followed by a piece of eggplant, then tomatoes, then onions and then bell pepper.
