  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (equivalent to 118 ml).
  • 1.5 teaspoons fine cinnamon.
  • 200 grams beef fat.
  • 1 teaspoon fine cardamom.
  • 5 tomatoes.
  • 1 kilogram beef fillet.
  • 1 tablespoon shawarma spices.
  • 10 small onions.
  • 7 mastics
After seasoning the beef Shawrma follow these Instructions
  1. Cut the meat into thin slices lengthwise.

  2. Add the fat to the meat, then soak the meat mixed with the fat with vinegar, oil, salt and spices.

  3. Put the beef in a grill tray or a plate designated for grilling.

  4. Peel the onions, cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds from the tomatoes, then put the tomatoes and onions in the soaking mixture.

  5. Put the onions between the meat slices in the oven dish, then cover the meat with tomatoes.

  6. Put the dish in the oven and bake it for twenty minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, then reduce the oven temperature and bake the dish for an additional fifteen minutes. 

    It is recommended to serve the dish with parsley leaves, mint and radish.
